NaturismRE Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 27 September 2025
1. Eligibility
“Membership” — which in practice represents advocacy supporting contributions — is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
By signing up, you agree to abide by the principles of NaturismRE (NRE), its community guidelines, and its advocacy mission.
2. Membership Benefits
As a Member (Advocacy Supporter), you gain:
Access to the Membership Area (exclusive reports, Photos gallery, videos, resources, and forums).
Early access to advocacy campaigns and initiatives.
Optional recognition on the Supporter Wall.
A digital badge symbolising your support.
Future benefits, such as potential discounts on tours and accommodation at the Modriaty Resort, once operational.
Membership benefits may evolve over time as NRE develops its advocacy, infrastructure, and community projects.
3. Membership Options & Fees
Developed Countries:
Monthly Membership → A$3/month
Annual Membership → A$40/year
Non-Developed Countries (NDC):
Annual Membership → A$5/year
All memberships are individual only. Couple and family memberships have been retired (see Section 11).
4. Membership Term & Renewal
Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Memberships do not auto-renew unless explicitly selected at checkout.
Members will receive reminders prior to expiration, with instructions on how to continue their membership.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
All membership fees are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.
No refunds or partial refunds are granted for early cancellation, inactivity, or dissatisfaction.
⚠️ NDC Safeguard: The A$5/year NDC rate is reserved for supporters in non-developed countries.
If your payment address is linked to one of the 41 developed countries and you select the NDC option, your payment will be forfeited, your access to NaturismRE will be cancelled immediately, and you may be blocked from rejoining for up to two (2) years.
This safeguard ensures fairness for all Members and protects the sustainability of our global advocacy work.
6. Termination of Membership & Discontinuation of Services
NaturismRE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its website, membership benefits, or services at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
Tours
Gatherings
Exclusive events
Digital services
If NaturismRE ceases operations entirely, all memberships will automatically terminate without compensation or refund.
Membership does not constitute ownership, equity, or decision-making rights in NaturismRE.
7. Rectification of Invalid Accounts
NaturismRE values fairness and transparency. A previous technical oversight allowed access to a disabled webpage that offered complimentary “lifetime memberships,” intended only for original founding supporters.
Invalid Access: Any free memberships obtained after the founding period are invalid.
Conversion: These accounts will be converted into current Memberships at the applicable rate.
Founding Lifetime Members: Only those who joined during the official founding offer period retain lifetime access at no cost.
Transparency: Measures have been taken to prevent this from occurring again.
8. Liability Disclaimer
NaturismRE is not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from discontinuation of services, changes to benefits, or external factors beyond its control.
Membership is provided on an “as-is” basis, with no guarantees regarding the continuation or scope of services.
9. Force Majeure
NaturismRE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal changes, cyber-attacks, economic crises, or operational challenges.
10. Transfer of Memberships to Advocacy Supporter Status
As of 27 September 2025, NaturismRE has retired its former Membership model and transitioned to the current Advocacy Supporter structure.
Existing Members (Annual):
Any active annual memberships will be honoured until their expiry date. At that time, members will be invited to continue under the new monthly or annual Membership options.Life Members:
All legitimate life memberships issued during the founding period remain valid and have been transferred into the current Membership system as Founding Members. These accounts retain permanent access without further payment.Ambassador Members:
Ambassador-level members have been automatically transferred to the current Membership system. No benefits have been removed, though terminology has changed to reflect the updated structure.Invalid Accounts:
Any memberships obtained through disabled or outdated webpages not intended for public access are deemed invalid (see Section 7).
11. Removal of Couple and Family Memberships
NaturismRE has retired all couple and family memberships.
Memberships are now strictly individual. Each adult must hold their own membership.
Existing Couple/Family Memberships:
Any couple or family memberships active as of 27 September 2025 will continue until their original expiry date. After expiry, each adult will need to register individually.Life Couple/Family Memberships:
Where a legitimate founding-period life membership was issued in the name of a couple or family, this will be honoured. However, only the named account holders retain lifetime access.
This ensures fairness, sustainability, and consistency across all members worldwide.
12. Donations
NaturismRE accepts voluntary donations in addition to memberships.
Donations are separate from Memberships.
Donations do not create, extend, or substitute for Membership.
Donors who are not Members will not gain access to supporter-only content, forums, or benefits.
All donations are final and non-refundable.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By becoming a Member of NaturismRE, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the possibility of membership termination if NaturismRE discontinues operations or if misuse of the NDC option is detected.
