⚖️ Legal & Ethical Guidance
Safeguarding students, supporting schools, and protecting trust
🧭 Our Responsibility
The S.A.M. Education Program was created by NaturismRE to help young people experience body confidence, respect, and natural connection — in a way that is non-sexual, age-appropriate, and culturally adaptable.
This page outlines the legal and ethical boundaries that govern all program delivery.
✅ Legal Safeguards
📌 1. Non-Sexual Educational Framework
The S.A.M. curriculum is:
Rooted in emotional wellbeing, nature mindfulness, and body respect
Entirely non-sexual, with no sexual instruction, contact, or implication
Built on universal values: consent, kindness, self-awareness, and care
The curriculum draws from international best practices in:
Mental health promotion
Social-emotional learning (SEL)
Ethical naturist philosophy
📌 2. Consent and Choice
Any experiential activity involving:
Barefoot walking
Light or minimal clothing
Transparent garments or body-neutral naturist practice
requires:
Informed parental consent
Clearly communicated student opt-in
The right to opt out at any time, without pressure or explanation
There is no requirement to participate in any activity beyond Levels 1–2.
📌 3. Regional Law Compliance
NaturismRE does not authorise or encourage any activities that would conflict with the laws of your:
State
Territory
Country
Education department
Child protection framework
All schools and facilitators are responsible for:
Understanding their local legal boundaries
Adapting content to meet compliance
Using only Levels 1–2 where uncertainty exists
When in doubt: pause, ask, and adapt.
🛡️ Ethical Safeguards
📌 4. No Exposure Without Consent or Context
No student should ever be:
Observed in a disrobed or semi-clothed state without prior opt-in
Pressured to reveal, remove, or display any part of their body
Touched or physically adjusted without clear, affirmative consent
All activities are built on:
Silence over spectacle
Stillness over performance
Reflection over appearance
📌 5. Safe, Private Environments Only
Naturist-inspired activities (Levels 3 and above) may only take place in:
Closed, secure, staff-supervised classrooms
Private family homes (with guardian leadership)
Designated naturist venues with legal protections
Retreat settings with full risk management planning
Public areas, mixed-use halls, or open campuses may only host Levels 1–2 unless additional safeguards are in place.
📌 6. Photography & Recording Strictly Prohibited
No photos or video recording are permitted during:
Light clothing sessions
Transparent or minimal attire moments
Naturist retreats or field trips
This includes:
Students
Staff
Parents
Visitors
All electronic devices must be turned off or removed during such sessions.
📌 7. Privacy, Inclusion & Respect
The program is designed to support:
Gender-neutral and culturally adaptive implementation
Private preparation/change spaces
Clear communication of personal boundaries
Non-judgemental withdrawal or refusal
Students with religious, cultural, sensory, or trauma-related reasons to opt out should be fully supported, not questioned.
📥 Safeguarding Resources
⚠️ Breach Policy
If any participant, educator, or guest:
Violates boundaries
Fails to gain consent
Engages in inappropriate language or conduct
Then the activity must stop immediately, and the incident must be:
Reported according to school policy
Documented appropriately
Reviewed with NaturismRE’s support team (if part of a registered program)
NaturismRE reserves the right to withdraw program use or endorsement from any educator, school, or facilitator who fails to uphold ethical standards.
✨ Our Commitment
This curriculum was created to heal body shame, not to cross any line.
It is a path for students to reconnect with:
Themselves
Nature
And a future without fear of how they appear
With proper care and consent, naturism becomes what it was always meant to be:
A return to honesty, equality, and freedom — in the safest way possible.
