SAFE HEALTH ZONE (SHZ)

EMPLOYER CODE OF CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Purpose of SHZ

Safe Health Zones (SHZ) exist to restore the physical, mental, and circadian health of night-shift workers and other authorised staff. Participation requires maturity, responsibility, and absolute respect for colleagues.

Entry into any SHZ is conditional upon full acceptance of the following rules.

1. Silence Is Mandatory

  • No speaking

  • No whispering

  • No conversations of any kind

  • No social interaction or greetings

SHZ are therapeutic silent zones.

2. Slow & Controlled Movement Only

  • Move slowly and mindfully

  • No rushing

  • No running

  • No physical exercise

  • No sudden disruptive movements

3. No Electronics Inside the SHZ

All devices must be placed in the mandatory SHZ lockers before entry:

  • No phones

  • No smartwatches

  • No tablets

  • No earbuds/headphones

  • No recording devices

Vibration-only timers are permitted.

4. No Food, No Drinks, No Chewing Gum

Consumption of food and beverages is prohibited inside the SHZ.

Employers MUST provide a Mini Kitchen Zone outside the SHZ, containing:

  • Microwave

  • Air fryer

  • Kettle / hot water

  • Herbal teas (chamomile, mint, lemon balm, etc.)

  • No caffeinated beverages

  • Optional: natural energy drinks, fruit juices (employee purchase optional)

5. Adult Participation Only

SHZ are restricted to responsible adults, due to mixed-gender and occasional naturist participation.

6. Mixed-Gender Zone

SHZ operate under strict gender equality.
Participants may see individuals of the same or opposite gender practicing with minimal or no clothing.

This must be treated neutrally and respectfully.

7. Naturist Conduct Standards (If nudity is permitted by employer policy)

Participants who practice nude must:

  • Maintain calm, neutral postures

  • Avoid movements that draw attention to intimate areas

  • Avoid stretching, adjusting, or positioning in a provocative manner

  • Refrain from any behaviours that may cause arousal

  • Never engage in self-pleasuring or any sexual act

  • Never behave in a way that sexualises the environment

Intentional genital display is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to display genitalia for attention, intimidation, discomfort, or provocation results in immediate termination.

8. Respect & Personal Boundaries

  • Minimum 2 metres distance

  • No approaching others

  • No staring

  • No remarks about bodies, clothing, or appearance

  • No touching anyone, ever

  • No judgement or commentary

SHZ are body-neutral, peaceful healing spaces.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

“What Happens in the SHZ Stays in the SHZ.”

Participants must never:

  • Mention who was present

  • Discuss what others looked like

  • Describe anyone’s behaviour

  • Share any details outside the SHZ

Breach of privacy = Serious Misconduct.

10. Safety Monitoring — CCTV + AI

SHZ include discreet:

  • Infrared CCTV

  • AI behaviour monitoring

These systems exist ONLY to protect participants, detect misconduct, and ensure rule compliance.

No detailed or intrusive imaging is used.

11. Consequences for Misconduct

The following may lead to immediate termination of employment, HR investigation, and legal action:

  • Sexual behaviour

  • Intentional display of genitalia

  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Recording or photographing others

  • Privacy breaches

  • Disrespectful conduct

  • Entering SHZ with electronics

  • Violent or unsafe actions

12. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must:

  • Train employees on SHZ rules

  • Provide the mini kitchen

  • Maintain clean, safe SHZ environments

  • Provide lockers for electronics

  • Post this Code of Conduct at all SHZ entrances

  • Investigate all breaches immediately
