SAFE HEALTH ZONE (SHZ)
PUBLIC PARK CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to this Safe Health Zone — a dedicated silent space for grounding, decompression, and mental restoration.
By entering this zone, you agree to the following:
1. Silence Only
No talking
No whispering
No socialising
This is a quiet healing space.
2. Slow Movement
Walk slowly and mindfully
No running or sudden movement
3. No Food or Drink
No eating, drinking, or chewing gum inside the SHZ.
4. No Electronics
Phones must be on silent mode
No video, no photos, no audio recording
Fines apply for any breach.
5. Mixed-Gender Zone
SHZ operate on gender equality principles.
Participants may see adults of the same or opposite gender practicing with reduced or no clothing.
Respect is mandatory.
6. Naturist Participation (Where Allowed)
For participants using the naturist area:
Maintain calm, neutral postures
No movements or positioning meant to attract attention
No self-stimulation or sexual behaviour
No intentional genital display
No harassing or provocative conduct
SHZ must remain neutral, peaceful, and non-sexual.
7. Respect Personal Boundaries
Keep distance
No staring
No comments
No approaching or disturbing others
8. Privacy Rules
Do not mention who you see here
Do not discuss others’ appearance or behaviour
Do not share anything outside the SHZ
Privacy is mandatory.
9. Safety Monitoring
Discrete infrared CCTV and AI monitoring operate for safety and rule enforcement.
10. Misconduct Consequences
Violations may result in:
Removal from zone
Council fines
Police involvement for serious misconduct
Bans from future SHZ access
