Naturist Partnership Expectations for Participating Venues
📍Overview
Thank you for your interest in supporting safe, respectful, and lawful naturist activity at your venue.
The following expectations help ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant experience for all guests — and protect your venue’s integrity and legal standing. These apply to all events, operations, or activities associated with naturism, clothing-optional use, or nude recreation.
🧾 What’s Expected of the Venue
✅ General Conduct
Allow clothing-optional or nude activity in clearly defined areas
Uphold non-sexual guidelines for all guests and staff (see below)
Ensure staff are briefed and trained on naturist-appropriate etiquette
Do not tolerate harassment, voyeurism, or sexual behaviour in public areas
Enforce towel etiquette in shared spaces (e.g., seats, saunas)
✅ Clear Communication
Display clear signage (e.g., "Clothing-Optional Zone", "Respect Required")
Include naturist-friendly terms in your event listings, website, or marketing
Offer guests advance notice of clothing-optional policies where applicable
✅ Safety & Privacy
Ban unauthorised photography or video in naturist spaces
Provide privacy-conscious facilities (e.g., optional curtains, discreet access routes)
Have a point of contact for guest concerns or complaints
✅ Inclusivity
Welcome all body types, genders, ages, and backgrounds
Do not enforce appearance standards, grooming expectations, or unrealistic aesthetics
Encourage respectful behaviour over visual conformity
✅ Legal Compliance
Respect local laws and only allow nudity in areas where it is permitted
Include clear liability disclaimers in guest agreements or signage
Prohibit any adult entertainment, sexual activity, or swinger marketing under naturist branding
🔐 Optional Add-ons for Official Endorsement
Venues may request:
A certificate of partnership (if affiliated with a national naturist organisation)
Listing in official naturist directories or campaigns
Custom signage and guest guides from supporting movements
🚫 What Is Not Accepted:
Events marketed as "erotic", "kinky", or "sexy" under naturist branding
Partnering with swinger clubs, commercial sex platforms, or adult content creators under naturist pretence
Staff making derogatory, mocking, or dismissive remarks about nudity
Hidden camera use, voyeur marketing, or data collection in naturist zones
Charging different entry fees based on gender or appearance
🧭 Final Statement
By aligning with these expectations, you are helping lead a cultural shift towards freedom without shame, nudity without harm, and respect without compromise.
We welcome you as a valuable partner in building safe, ethical, and inclusive naturist spaces.
