Developed as the global headquarters of NaturismRE (NRE), Modriaty supports both physical rejuvenation and digital empowerment through ALETHEOS — an AI system built to support naturist communities and humanitarian nonprofits worldwide.

⚖️ Transparency and Ownership:

Modriaty land will be owned by NaturismRE Pty Ltd, not sold to developers.

The company commits to:

  • Allocating at least (from post tax profit):

    • 35% reinvested in the resort and its continued ethical growth

    • 22% toward the liability insurance scheme for events and federations

    • 20% of annual profits to naturist support and global advocacy

    • 10% donated to local government areas for tourism and infrastructure improvements

    • 10% toward developing Aletheos, the movement’s AI steward

    • 3% donated to the approved charities

  • Ensuring all construction maintains environmental harmony
