1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. By signing up, you agree to abide by the principles of NaturismRE and the community guidelines.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will gain access to exclusive content, discounts, and the opportunity to participate in events.

3. Membership Term & Renewal

  • Memberships do not auto-renew annually.

  • You will receive an email two (2) weeks before expiration, prompting you to subscribe again if you wish to continue your membership.

4. Membership Fees & Refund Policy

  • All membership fees are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • No refunds or partial refunds will be granted for early cancellation, inactivity, or dissatisfaction with the service.

5. Termination of Membership & Discontinuation of Services

    NaturismRE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its website, membership offerings, benefits, or services—either partially or in full—at any time and at its sole discretion.

    This includes, but is not limited to, tours, gatherings, exclusive events, and digital services. While NaturismRE strives to deliver consistent value, some offerings may change or end due to operational, legal, or strategic decisions.

    If NaturismRE ceases operations entirely, all memberships will automatically terminate without compensation or refund.

    Membership does not constitute any ownership interest or equity in NaturismRE. It grants access to member benefits only while the organisation is active and operational. Adjustments to services or benefits shall not entitle members to refunds or compensation unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Membership Rectification Policy

    NaturismRE (NRE) values fairness and transparency. Recently, we identified that a disabled webpage, originally created during the founding phase, was inadvertently accessible to the public. This page offered a complimentary “lifetime membership,” which was intended only for the earliest supporters at the time of NRE’s creation.

    To protect the integrity of our membership system and ensure fairness to all paying members:

    1. Invalid Access

      • Any free memberships obtained via this old, disabled page after the closing of the founding period are considered invalid.

      • These memberships will be converted into the current standard membership, subject to the applicable fee.

    2. Rectification

      • Members affected will be contacted directly and given the option to retain their membership by completing payment at the current rate.

      • Alternatively, they may request cancellation at no cost.

    3. Founding Lifetime Members

      • Only those who joined during the original founding offer period retain their lifetime free membership.

    4. Transparency

      • NRE acknowledges this technical oversight and has taken measures to ensure it cannot occur again.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • NaturismRE is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the discontinuation of the site, changes to membership benefits, or any external circumstances beyond our control.

  • Membership is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantees or warranties regarding the continuation of services.

7. Force Majeure

NaturismRE shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, legal changes, cyber-attacks, economic downturns, or operational challenges.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the possibility of membership termination if NaturismRE discontinues its operations.
