I’m Vincent Marty, founder of NaturismRE™ (The Naturism REsurgence™) — www.NaturismRE.com.
Today, I am reaching out to the global nudist and naturist community to raise funds for the land that will become the foundation of the Modriaty Clothing Optional Resort Village (MCORV) — a project unlike any other.
While I could seek private investors for this development, I’ve chosen not to. Why? Because Modriaty is not just a resort. It is a statement. A sanctuary. A beacon for naturists and nudists worldwide who deserve visibility, dignity, and unity.
MCORV is aligned with NaturismRE’s core mission: to create a worldwide movement where nudity is understood not as indecency, but as a healthy, peaceful, and personal choice. The village will welcome everyone — nudists, naturists, and textiles — to show the world that we can live in harmony, free of shame, censorship, or fear.
This is more than land. It’s a voice for those who’ve been marginalised, criminalised, and ignored for simply being themselves.
💡 Important Note
This fundraiser is being launched under my name temporarily, but all funds will be formally transferred to NaturismRE Pty Ltd once our company registration is completed on July 1, 2025, the first day of the 2025–2026 financial year.
This timing was chosen deliberately to avoid unnecessary accounting costs prior to the new fiscal cycle.

We are calling on every free soul, every proud nudist/naturist, and every supporter of human dignity to help us secure over 1,200 hectares of land in regional Australia that will serve as the foundation for the Modriaty Resort Village — a clothing-optional sanctuary and headquarters for the worldwide naturist and spiritual movement.
This is a one-time opportunity to own the land under our own terms. No investor control. No corporate takeover. This land will be held by NaturismRE Pty Ltd, founded and directed by naturists, for naturists.
💸 What We Need We aim to raise A$6 million to:
Secure the land title for Modriaty
Complete registration of Naturis Sancta as a protected religion in Australia
Begin infrastructure groundwork for eco-access, water, solar, and basic domes
Cover legal, title, and foundational business compliance
Establish permanent domes for charitable causes, including:
30 charity-sponsored domes, with 75% of income directed to global humanitarian and ecological efforts
10 women’s refuge domes to house survivors of domestic violence, in a safe and supported compound with private yards and full access to education, sanctuary space, and wellness

35% reinvested in the resort and its continued ethical growth
22% toward the liability insurance scheme for events and federations
20% of annual profits to naturist support and global advocacy
10% donated to local government areas for tourism and infrastructure improvements
10% toward developing Aletheos, the movement’s AI steward
3% donated to the approved charities
