Contributors retain ownership of the content they submit.By submitting content to NaturismRE, contributors grant NaturismRE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:review, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the contentuse the content for advocacy, education, research, public communication, and archival purposesThis licence does not transfer ownership and may be withdrawn by the contributor, subject to reasonable notice and practical limitations (for example, where content has already been published or cited).
3. Consent and Responsibility
By submitting content, contributors confirm that:they are authorised to submit the contentthe content does not infringe the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of othersany identifiable individuals depicted have given informed consentthe content complies with applicable laws and this policyContributors remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions.
4. Prohibited Content
NaturismRE does not accept or publish content that includes:illegal or unlawful materialharassment, hate speech, threats, or intimidationsexually explicit, pornographic, or fetishised contentsexual acts, sexual stimulation, or sexually suggestive behaviourexploitation or sexualisation of minorsnon-consensual imagery or recordingsmisleading, deceptive, or deliberately false informationNudity in itself is not prohibited. However, NaturismRE distinguishes clearly between naturism/nudism and sexual content. Content that sexualises nudity or individuals will not be accepted.
5. Moderation and Editorial Control
NaturismRE reserves full editorial discretion over all user generated content.This includes the right to:review submissions before publicationrequest clarification, edits, or additional consentdecline, remove, or restrict content at any timedetermine placement, context, or presentationNaturismRE is under no obligation to publish submitted content.
6. Attribution and Representation
Where content is published, NaturismRE may:credit contributors by name, pseudonym, or anonymously, as agreededit formatting or presentation for clarity or consistencyContent will not be altered in a way that misrepresents the contributor’s intent.Publication of user generated content does not imply endorsement of personal opinions unless explicitly stated.
7. Privacy and Sensitivity
NaturismRE takes privacy seriously.Contributors should avoid including:personal contact detailsprecise locations of private or sensitive sitesinformation that could compromise personal safetyNaturismRE may redact or withhold content to protect privacy or safety.
8. Removal and Withdrawal
Contributors may request removal of their content by contacting NaturismRE.Removal requests will be considered in good faith, subject to:legal obligationspublic-interest considerationsarchival, research, or advocacy use already in effect
9. No Expectation of Publication or Compensation
Submission of content:does not guarantee publicationdoes not create any right to compensationdoes not create a contractual relationshipContent is contributed voluntarily.
