He holds a Security Master Licence and is one of only 17 entities in Australia granted a Defence Broker Licence by the Australian government. As the CEO of Glaive International Safety & Security Services (G3S), Vincent has taken a firm ethical stance: he does not trade in lethal solutions. Instead, G3S focuses exclusively on advanced non-lethal technologies and strategies that enhance safety, protection, and risk mitigation without contributing to armed conflict or harm.

Vincent is a licensed security consultant with extensive training, holding diplomas in Security and Risk Management, Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Operations Management.
