A universal guide for respectful, lawful, and inclusive naturist spaces — for individuals, venues, events, and groups.

Purpose:
To provide a clear, universal code of conduct for any setting where non-sexual nudity is permitted, supported, or being introduced — whether public, private, social, or natural. This can be adopted by naturist groups, resorts, events, or individual participants.

🛡️ Guiding Principles

This Code affirms that non-sexual nudity is not a crime, an invitation, or a spectacle. It is a form of personal freedom, body acceptance, and reconnection with nature.
Every space or person operating under this code commits to respect, safety, and accountability.

✅ Expectations of All Participants

  1. Consent Is Mandatory

    • Always seek verbal or non-verbal consent before approaching, photographing, or touching anyone.

    • Nudity is never permission. Consent is never implied.

  2. Non-Sexual Behaviour Only

    • No sexual activity, gestures, or suggestive conduct in shared spaces.

    • Erections must be handled discreetly and respectfully (e.g. sitting, covering, or stepping aside).

  3. No Objectification or Staring

    • Treat all bodies equally. Avoid lingering stares, lewd comments, or predatory behaviour.

  4. Respect All Genders, Bodies, and Backgrounds

    • This is a space for everyone. No shaming of scars, age, ability, ethnicity, or body type.

  5. No Photography Without Explicit Permission

    • This includes selfies where others are in view.

    • Always ask, and respect a “no” without argument.

  6. Personal Hygiene and Cleanliness

    • Always sit on a towel or cloth in shared areas.

    • Maintain hygiene during shared meals, pools, or common spaces.

  7. Dress Considerately When Required

    • If a location or host asks for partial coverage in mixed areas, comply gracefully.

    • Keep a cover-up or sarong available when appropriate.

  8. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

    • Immediate action will be taken against anyone who gropes, stalks, films, or harasses others.

  9. Follow Local Laws and Community Guidelines

    • When in doubt, stay within the boundaries of local legislation and event/venue rules.

  10. Speak Up — Or Support Someone Who Does

  • If you witness a breach of this Code, report it to the event host, venue manager, or group leader.
