NaturismRE™ Contributor Independence & Organisational Autonomy Policy

Effective Date: 06 May 2025
Last Updated: 2026

1. Purpose

This policy defines the expectations placed on contributors to NaturismRE™ (NRE) and clarifies the organisation’s structural independence, autonomy, and non-alignment.

Its purpose is to ensure that NaturismRE’s voice remains:

  • clear

  • independent

  • credible

  • free from external capture or influence

while still allowing principled cooperation where values genuinely align.

2. Contributor Independence

All individuals contributing to NaturismRE™, including but not limited to writers, researchers, advisors, collaborators, or content contributors, do so in an independent and personal capacity.

Contributors must not:

  • represent another organisation, federation, political party, lobbying group, or advocacy body while contributing to NaturismRE

  • submit material on behalf of external entities

  • imply institutional endorsement or delegated authority

Any personal affiliations held by contributors remain separate from NaturismRE unless explicitly disclosed and contextually relevant.

3. Organisational Autonomy and Non-Affiliation

NaturismRE™ operates as an independent organisation.

NaturismRE:

  • is not governed by

  • does not answer to

  • and is not structurally affiliated with

any naturist federation, political party, ideological movement, or advocacy organisation.

This independence is structural, financial, and philosophical.

4. Cooperation on Shared Values

NaturismRE™ may cooperate with external organisations, federations, institutions, or movements on specific issues of shared concern, such as:

  • legal reform

  • education

  • public health

  • environmental protection

  • human dignity and wellbeing

Such cooperation is:

  • non-binding

  • project-specific

  • time-limited where appropriate

Cooperation does not imply endorsement, ideological alignment, or loss of autonomy.

NaturismRE will not enter into arrangements that compromise:

  • its mission

  • its editorial independence

  • its strategic direction

5. Vision, Ethics, and Public Positioning

NaturismRE™ maintains a clear ethical and societal vision centred on:

  • respect for nature

  • human dignity

  • evidence-informed advocacy

  • long-term public interest

NaturismRE may engage with policy, law, health, and societal frameworks where relevant to its mission.

However:

  • NaturismRE is not a political party

  • does not campaign for electoral office

  • and will not be subsumed into existing political structures

Its independence is a foundational principle, not a negotiating position.

6. Public Representation

No contributor, supporter, or collaborator may publicly claim to speak on behalf of NaturismRE™ unless explicitly authorised.

Statements, submissions, or publications issued under the NaturismRE name reflect:

  • organisational positions, where stated as such

  • or the views of the organisation as a whole

Individual opinions must not be presented as official NaturismRE positions unless formally adopted.

7. Summary Statement (Public Display Version)

NaturismRE™ contributors act independently.

NaturismRE does not operate under any federation, political movement, or advocacy body.

While NaturismRE may cooperate with others on shared values, it remains structurally and philosophically independent, with its own ethical, ecological, and advocacy-driven vision.
