Dear Members of the Green Party of Canada,

Sun, Jul 13, 2025 at 4:39 PM

My name is Vincent Marty, and I am the Founder of NaturismRE (The Naturism Resurgence) — a global initiative

advancing ecological responsibility, body autonomy, and mental and physical well-being through a naturist lifestyle

that is respectful, inclusive, and sustainable.

We admire the Green Party of Canada’s commitment to environmental justice, civil liberties, and holistic health. These

principles align profoundly with our advocacy. In Canada, over 1.7 million people practise some form of naturism —

yet they do so in a legal and cultural environment filled with uncertainty, social stigma, and fear of misinterpretation.

While public nudity in Canada is not explicitly illegal, the lack of consistent national guidance leaves naturists

vulnerable to charges under provisions like indecent exposure, causing a disturbance, or public mischief, even when

no harm or lewd conduct exists. This ambiguity has led to unequal enforcement and discouraged otherwise peaceful,

health-affirming lifestyles.

NaturismRE has submitted a formal briefing to your federal government that includes:

A Canada-specific lobbying report,

A DISROBE profile on public sentiment,

An economic and ecological impact brief, and

A draft legislative framework: the Nudity, Identity, Consent, and Public Decency Act (NICP Act).

This model Act seeks to:

Affirm that passive, non-sexual public nudity is not a crime,

Draw clear lines between consensual expression and harmful conduct,

Stop overreach by vague decency laws,

Enable municipalities to designate clothing-optional natural spaces, and

Protect all citizens through clear, respectful legislation.

We respectfully invite the Green Party of Canada to consider introducing or supporting a Bill adapted from the NICP

Act. Doing so would align with your values, promote mental health and environmental awareness, and establish

Canada as a global leader in rights-based, eco-conscious governance.

NaturismRE does not seek political allegiance — only principled action. We would be honoured to brief your policy

team or elected officials to discuss a Canadian version of the NICP Act and explore joint advocacy efforts.

With respect and sincere hope for collaboration
