NaturismRE™, NaturismR™, Naturis Sancta™, Aussies Power™, ANTA (OZNTA)™, Modriaty Resort™, NWN™, Unclad Explorers™, Naturism Resurgence™, Aletheos™, Aletheos Synoas™, Alethea™, Aletheos Junior™, Alethania™, TerraNovadux™, The 11 Levels of Naturism™ / The 11 Levels of Health Restoration™, United Naturist Front™, Global Naturism Index™, Global Naturist Urgency Index™, and Global Naturist Policy Taskforce™ are trademarks of Vincent Marty and/or their respective entities, whether registered or unregistered.

Standardised Stigma Measure (SSM™) and Safe Health Zones (SHZ™) are original research, public-health, and advocacy frameworks developed under NaturismRE™.
While their principles are intentionally shared to support education, awareness, and responsible advocacy, the framework architecture, terminology, methodology, structural design, and formal application models remain protected intellectual works.
Unauthorised misrepresentation, commercial exploitation, or presentation of these frameworks as independently authored or officially endorsed by third parties is prohibited.

Non-commercial pilot programs, research trials, and public-interest implementations conducted in collaboration with or with acknowledgment of NaturismRE™ are explicitly permitted.

S.A.M. Curriculum™ (Self-respect • Acceptance • Mindfulness) is a forthcoming educational framework authored under NaturismRE™, already developed and under continued refinement, and is protected as an original concept.

All content, concepts, frameworks, methodologies, and branding associated with the above are protected under international copyright, moral rights, and intellectual property laws.

🛡️ Aletheos™ Founder’s Shield

Aletheos™, the world’s first AI conceived specifically for naturist ethics, governance, and cultural advocacy, was initiated and authored by Vincent Marty, Founder of NaturismRE™, in April 2025.

NaturismRE™ retains original authorship over the integration of artificial intelligence into naturist governance, resort operation, public-health frameworks, and policy-adjacent decision support.
This proprietary initiative, launched in April 2025, remains a protected intellectual and conceptual framework.

All related identities, structures, logic architectures, operational models, governance concepts, and implementation methodologies are protected as original authored works.
Unauthorised replication, derivative development, misrepresentation, or presentation without explicit acknowledgment may be subject to contestation under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and moral rights law.
