Dear Members of the Green Party of England and Wales,

My name is Vincent Marty, and I am the Founder of NaturismRE (The Naturism Resurgence) — a global initiative
promoting a lifestyle of ecological responsibility, body acceptance, and personal well-being. We are writing to engage
the Green Party on an issue that sits squarely within your long-standing commitments to civil liberties, environmental
health, and human dignity: the legal and cultural status of naturism.
Naturism is not a fringe concept. In the UK, over 4.5 million people engage in some form of naturist or body-positive
practice. It fosters mental and physical health, reduces overconsumption, and cultivates respect for nature. Despite
this, outdated and inconsistently applied laws continue to cause fear, confusion, and legal uncertainty among peaceful
naturists — even though public nudity itself is not illegal in the UK when no intent to cause harm or alarm exists.
To address this, NaturismRE has submitted a full policy package to the UK Government, including:
A UK-specific lobbying report,
A DISROBE profile analysing public attitudes,
An economic and ecological impact study, and
A draft legislative proposal: the Nudity, Identity, Consent, and Public Decency Act (NICP Act).
This act aims to:
Clearly affirm that passive, non-sexual public nudity is lawful,
Establish boundaries between consensual expression and harmful conduct,
Prevent misuse of vague decency laws to target peaceful citizens,
Enable local councils to designate clothing-optional natural areas, and
Safeguard both naturists and the broader community through clear, ethical legal standards.

We respectfully invite the Green Party to consider introducing or endorsing legislation based on the NICP Act. With
your leadership, the UK could lead the world in advancing rights-based, environmentally intelligent reform.
NaturismRE is not seeking political allegiance — only principled action. We would be honoured to brief a
representative of your policy team or elected officials and collaborate on a UK-adapted version of this Bill.
In solidarity and respect,
