Photo Gallery Contributions – NaturismRE

Purpose

NaturismRE welcomes curated photo contributions that support its advocacy, educational, cultural, and public-interest objectives.

NaturismRE does not operate an open or social photo-sharing platform. All photo submissions are reviewed, selected, and curated prior to use. The photo gallery is public and intended to support advocacy, education, and long-term historical documentation.

Gallery Structure

  • NaturismRE maintains a single public photo gallery

  • There are no members-only galleries

  • Not all submitted photos will be published

  • Publication decisions are based on relevance, consent clarity, advocacy context, and editorial judgement

NaturismRE curates content deliberately to avoid excessive volume, duplication, or unmanaged archives.

How to Submit Photos

Photos must not be sent as email attachments and must not be uploaded directly through this form.

To submit photos:

  1. Upload your images to your own Google Drive

  2. Set files or folder to view-only access

  3. Provide the shareable Google Drive link in the submission form

This approach:

  • protects contributor privacy

  • minimises data retention

  • avoids storage of unreviewed material

  • supports long-term compliance and scalability

Submission Requirements

  • Maximum 5 photos per submission

  • JPEG format only (.jpg / .jpeg)

  • Photos must be original and owned by the contributor

  • Photos must comply with the User Generated Content Policy and Code of Conduct

  • Photos must not be sexualised, exploitative, misleading, or non-consensual

Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be reviewed.

Editorial and Advocacy Use

Accepted photos may be used by NaturismRE in connection with its mission, including but not limited to:

  • the public photo gallery

  • advocacy materials

  • educational resources

  • research publications

  • websites and digital platforms

  • presentations, reports, or public communications

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Photo Submission and Usage Agreement

By submitting photos to NaturismRE, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Ownership

You confirm that:

  • you are the original creator and legal rights holder of the submitted photos, or

  • you have full authority to grant the rights outlined below

If identifiable individuals appear in the photos, you confirm that informed consent has been obtained from all parties.

Grant of Rights (Perpetual Licence)

You grant NaturismRE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to:

  • use

  • reproduce

  • edit

  • display

  • distribute

  • archive

the submitted photos, in any media or format, for purposes aligned with NaturismRE’s advocacy, educational, and public-interest mission.

This perpetual licence is necessary to:

  • maintain long-term advocacy and historical records

  • ensure continuity across publications and archives

  • avoid future administrative or legal uncertainty

  • prevent the need to re-contact contributors for legacy material

Modification and Context

NaturismRE may crop, resize, or make minor adjustments for presentation or context, provided such modifications do not misrepresent the content or intent of the image.

Permanence of Contribution

By submitting photos, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the licence granted is perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide

  • submitted photos may be used, displayed, reproduced, adapted, and archived by NaturismRE on a long-term basis

  • NaturismRE is not required to remove images from current or future platforms once they have been accepted and published

This permanence is necessary to:

  • maintain long-term advocacy, educational, and historical records

  • ensure consistency across publications, archives, and public materials

  • avoid the administrative, legal, and operational burden of re-auditing legacy content

Requests for removal, withdrawal of consent, or revocation of previously granted rights cannot be accommodated, except where NaturismRE is legally required to do so under applicable law (including data-protection obligations or court orders).

Contributors should submit photos only if they are fully comfortable with permanent use under these terms.

No Membership, No Entitlement

Photo submission:

  • does not create membership

  • does not create ownership, control, or decision-making rights

  • does not guarantee publication

  • does not entitle the contributor to compensation

Participation is voluntary and supports NaturismRE’s public mission.

  • Provide a Google Drive link only (JPEG, view-only access)
