1. Purpose and Scope

NaturismRE is an advocacy-led movement focused on education, research, public policy, health, and cultural change in relation to naturism and nudism.

NaturismRE does not operate a general membership model.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Advocacy Supporter Scheme, which provides a voluntary way for individuals to support NaturismRE’s work.

Engagement with NaturismRE content remains publicly accessible regardless of supporter status.

2. Advocacy Supporter Status

An Advocacy Supporter is an individual who voluntarily contributes financially to support NaturismRE’s advocacy, research, education, and public-interest initiatives.

Advocacy Supporter status:

  • is optional

  • does not constitute membership, ownership, or equity

  • does not confer governance or decision-making rights

  • does not guarantee specific services, outcomes, or benefits

3. Eligibility

Advocacy Support is available to individuals aged 18 years and over.

By choosing to support NaturismRE, individuals agree to engage respectfully and in accordance with:

  • the NaturismRE Code of Conduct

  • applicable laws and regulations

  • NaturismRE’s advocacy principles

4. What Advocacy Support Enables

Advocacy Support contributions help enable, among other things:

  • advocacy campaigns and public policy initiatives

  • research and measurement tools (including stigma and wellbeing research)

  • educational resources and publicly accessible materials

  • international advocacy and multilingual outreach

  • development and maintenance of digital platforms

Support contributions fund work, not entitlements.

5. Recognition and Access

Where offered, Advocacy Supporters may receive:

  • optional recognition (such as a digital badge)

  • access to supporter-specific resources or materials

Any such access is:

  • discretionary

  • subject to change

  • not guaranteed

  • not a condition of support

NaturismRE may revise or discontinue supporter-specific features as initiatives evolve.

6. Contributions and Fees

Advocacy Support contributions are voluntary and may be offered at different suggested rates to encourage global participation.

All contributions:

  • are made at the supporter’s discretion

  • are not payments for goods or services

  • do not create contractual service obligations

NaturismRE reserves the right to revise suggested contribution levels or structures.

7. Refunds

Advocacy Support contributions are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be provided only where required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law, such as in cases of:

  • technical error

  • duplicate payment

  • misrepresentation

8. Changes and Discontinuation

NaturismRE may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its advocacy activities, supporter features, or digital platforms at its discretion.

If NaturismRE ceases operations, Advocacy Supporter status ends automatically without compensation or refund, except where required by law.

9. Legacy Accounts and Historical Access

Previous membership structures, including lifetime, ambassador, or historical access arrangements, were associated with earlier operating models.

Where legitimate historical access exists:

  • it may be honoured or transitioned at NaturismRE’s discretion

  • terminology and structure may be updated to reflect current operations

No historical access arrangement creates ownership, equity, or governance rights.

10. Liability Disclaimer

NaturismRE is not liable for losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from:

  • changes to advocacy activities

  • modification or discontinuation of supporter features

  • external factors beyond reasonable control

Advocacy Support is provided on an “as-is” basis.

11. Force Majeure

NaturismRE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • legal or regulatory changes

  • cyber incidents

  • economic or operational constraints

12. Donations

Advocacy Support contributions may be supplemented by additional voluntary donations.

Donations:

  • are separate from Advocacy Support status

  • do not create additional rights or access

  • are final and non-refundable except where required by law

13. Acceptance of Terms

By choosing to become an Advocacy Supporter, you acknowledge that:

  • support is voluntary

  • no membership is created

  • access to core NaturismRE resources remains public

  • these Terms & Conditions govern your participation
